Effect Lib

Hello everyone :)
I just saw the Effect library beeing announced so I wondered if we can use it already?
I couldn't find such a lib so I though I would ask you ;D

Yes, you can certainly use it:

Look at my example script in that thread. Also, the arguments for each is listed in order (with the type that each value needs to be passed) at the top of that thread.

Speaking of that, would we be able to use IRecipientFilter later in the future to make effects on a per player basis with this library?

Yeah you can. I wrapped MRecipientFilter (a child of IRecipientFilter) which you can instantiate and add clients to.
