Changing entity spawn delay

I'm trying to make grenades "spawn faster" when you throw them, there seem to be a delay from when you press FIRE till the grenade is actually fired, I want to remove/modify the delay.

I've been looking at the sourcesdk-2013, but I don't know how to modify it and I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right thing. ... renade.cpp
