cs:go add-on needed

Hi everyone, i'm from a recently launched competitive gaming platform (battlepro.com) and my team and I have some problems with cs:go that a serverside script would solve.

A) Knowing when users leave a game or at least when a whole team leaves a game and sending that info to us or recording it in a file in the server.

B) When people register in a tournament we're automatically opening the game and sending them to a server but we'd like to also automatically select the team in which each user is going to play.
