Builds for older version

Hi. I'm trying to build source mod for srcds for cs:go from 2019. I tried to install latest version from website, but this it didn't work. For now, I downloaded sources from 2019, but error the same. What am I missing, getting a working version?
About srcds error, they just crashed when started. Maybe there a place where I can get older builds? I can see only latest on the website.
