Does SourcePython have anything like SourceMod's immunity system and if there isn't is there any plans in the future to implement such a system?

No, there is no immunity system and no plans have been made so far.

I don't think immunity should be implemented for the core packages. This doesn't seem to be their responsibility and might cause issues/break game-play of certain plugins...
