Strange files like backup_round04

Please help me to understand why do I get strange files in a directory server like backup_round04?

Server: Linux
Game: CSGO

I did a Google search for backup_round04 and most of what I see is a torrent of CS:GO.

Its for loading previous rounds of CSGO.

if your server is in competitive mode you can use this to "match medic" a match and replay a round that may have not gone according to the rulebook.
