Override bot_quota

How can I override bot_quota? The problem is bot_quota set in autoexec.cfg but after this call autoexec.cfg call other config. I don't know which. Please help.

I think those are overridden by the gamemodes file. I cannot remember if it works or not, but try using a delay to set the variable after a few seconds. You can also try editing your server's gamemodes file for these changes.

Ok, just figured out how you have to do this. Which ever game mode you use, you need to create a ../cfg/gamemode_<type>_server.cfg file to put any different configurations from the gamemode's specific settings.

For instance, my test server is currently running "-game_type 0 -game_mode 0" which is the casual gamemode. If I try to edit the ../cfg/gamemode_casual.cfg file itself, any changes will be reverted the next time I update the server. So, instead, I had to create a ../cfg/gamemode_casual_server.cfg file and set any differences in there. My test ../cfg/gamemode_casual_server.cfg file contains simply the following:
